Charity concert for the victims of Earthquake and Tsunami in Tohoku, Japan
Soon after the disaster happened in Tohoku - Japan on March 11, 2011, Kanako organized a “Great East Japan Earthquake Charity Concert Committee in Paris” and conducted Japonaide Orchestra on April 10 with artists living in France as a full charity concert.
Music Education for young students in Indonesia
By asking for help from Institut Seni Yogyakarta, Indonesia (later from Indonesian Youth Symphony Orchestra), Kanako visit continuously to Indonesia from 2013. During her stay for 2 weeks to 1 month each time, she helps and teaches young students (western) classical music concretely and held achievement concert.
Women’s empowerment on every life stage
Kanako has strong sympathy with the philosophy of Nishinomiya Kirakira Haha Orchestra whose philosophy is “Society which can challenge what she/he desires whatever the life stage may change” and “Barrier free society” regarding to gender or whether having babies. Kanako supports this philosophy by appearing to the orchestra continuously.
Music for children
As to discover delight of music by kids themselves, Kanako held a concert of contemporary music continuously in Paris with Musica Universalis which she supervise as well as appearing to the podium of Nishinomiya Kirakira Haha Orchestra which accepts babies as an audience.
